Meet us at Food ingredients Europe
We are excited to be exhibiting for the first time at Food ingredients Europe (FiE) in Paris, 6-8 December at stand 7.2M102!
Food and beverage applications might be new to us, but with a range of tasty probiotic packed products already successfully marketed, you won’t want to miss our on-stand samples. Representing our team and available for discussions will be Francesca Rizzi, part of the scientific team leading key probiotic strain research in food matrices, and Sergi Audivert, our Executive Director. Keep reading to find out what else we’ll be showcasing at FiE.
We’re offering samples of our launched products as well as a chocolate prototype made with AB-BIOTICS probiotics, in order to demonstrate the scope of potential that our probiotic portfolio has within the food and beverage industry. Visitors are welcome to sample products from our Yogumel yogurt portfolio, two of which contain our own probiotic strains. Yogumel sachets contain live lactic ferments powder, making it possible for consumers to create these yogurts in a natural and sustainable way at home.
Plus, we’ll also be showcasing several other food and beverage products that include our probiotics. Pur Natur Bio Active yogurt was made in partnership with Purnatur and includes three of AB-BIOTICS’ probiotic strains that have been clinically tested for digestive health. We also created Proasis through our collaboration with BeingFoods – a functional and healthier ice cream with a high probiotic and protein count. Here, our probiotics work to protect the intestinal microbiota – all were selected due to being effective in maintaining intestinal health. Frezylac, created in partnership with Greek company Frezyderm, will also be on show for visitors to discover. This powdered cow’s milk is for children twelve months and older, and includes a range of nutrients including vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins and last but not least, our probiotics.
