AB-BIOTICS and Alifarm merger plan

AB-BIOTICS acquired Pharma GMP and Probiotics production facility Alifarm, (Llicè de Vall, Barcelona) to further develop its Probiotics packaging solutions for their customers. AB-BIOTICS has initiated the procedure to merge the facility to be approved in 8th of June General Shareholders Meeting. Merger plan is published in AB-BIOTICS website.
